Kevin Johnson, PCC
Kevin Anthony Johnson, known as Coach KJ, is a seasoned leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in executive offices, startups, NGOs, and urban communities. His expertise lies in enhancing leadership capacity and team dynamics through a profound understanding of human potential, interpersonal neuroscience, and group dynamics. As the former executive director of a Chicago social lab focused on cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and community engagement, he brings a unique perspective to his coaching approach.

Ava St. Claire
As a business advisor, urban developer, and years as a community activist in Chicago’s southside, Ava has learned leadership often presents challenges that are beyond everyday practical advice. These inner tests are common among spiritual practitioners and people who are intended to lead. However, they lack support to move through these challenges. Ava has assisted entrepreneurs and change-makers in self-healing by helping them make sense of bewildering life events. By swimming in the depths alongside her clients, she has mastered the art of transforming stories of victimhood into fuel for victory.
